Absents of emotions....

Ive found that lately I have been very emotionless when it comes a lot of things I have been doing. While beginning my training for dance and resurrecting the talent I know I have. My interest in everything else's around me ( aside from my family) just seems dull and I feel somewhat distant from everyone I know. I guess everyone goes throuh these phases so I don't take it to serious but It has cause some issues to come to light. Upon talking to some friends tonight and I heard a lot of "I miss the old days" in referance to my story to them and their attempt to help me feel better in resuring I'll find what I'm looking for. I started to wonder if people really listen to their heart any more. People do things or get themselves involved in situations or people and they suffer until it drains them and they stop caring. Listening to what you really want and actually do that can just be to scary or for most people were just to lazy to do all the work to get what we really want so we do half ass work and meet ourselves half way. I think it's really important for you to ask yourself as I did if what you doing in life is really making you happy at the moment. Do you feel like your heart is in the right place with the people you surround yourself with? We only have one life to live and the way things are going happiness is becoming a much harder concept to enjoy or even achieve to any degree for some people. It's mostly artificial fed on by people who have tired and failed only settle to fill the hole with temporary relief dus moving into the circle that is fake happiness due to laziness. I know my choices recently will hurt some people, shock other people and completely confuse everyone else esp when it come to my relationship which sadly ended today. Your happiest moments will come when you find real happiness and your emotions are involed in a way where you cannot live without what your doing. It brings out the best in you. Listining to your heart and listening to your emotions and keeping them on control is the ultimate challenge as it takes you out of your comfort zone and forces you to be real. The question how Long can you do it before society scares you back into hiding?

The Dancer Within

I find that as time goes on and on its harder for me to accept the fact that i'm getting older. though i know this is a consistent issue most people deal with, I never thought it would happen to me so fast. I find myself wanting to continue making and posting videos, yet I don't want to let down those who look up to me most and have been there in the pass. I think about how do we find the motivation as we get older to keep ourselves in check to where we want to be? The stress of life, full time work and then you add a family to that its becomes very hard to even find time to focus on your passions. I'm sure most of you at one time or another thought yourself, "I wish I could change this or I wish I still did that activity that I did in high school or when I was younger but no longer do" most likely due to laziness at this point in your life. At least that's been the case for me.

If you know my story you know I've dance for a very long time. This is the first year I haven't really done anything. At first it was nice, it felt like a vacation but lately its really starting to bother me. Its like a lingering passion burning in my body trying to escape but having no where to go because I've sealed off all the exits. You don't get any younger and we owe it to ourselves to be the best we can be. I owe it to myself, my fans, friends and family to keep my self in check keep pushing my self to stay at the level that I know I can be and not use age as a excuse to why I cant do something and nether should you. Start small and work your way back up to it, this is what I'm going to do i think. Demension will return I promise you, ill come back stronger then ever ready to show the dancer within!
